Andy Jarosz

Andy has been working in the film industry for 15 years. He started in camera but quickly found a passion in practical effects, running MadlyFX and becoming the youngest union SFX coordinator in Chicago history. 

For the last 5 years, he's run SMASH Virtual Studios, a world-renowned LED stage known for it's cinematic visual style and no-nonsense approach. He's a visual storyteller and an out-of-the-box thinker.

Kevin Hamilton

After graduating with a marketing degree from Columbia College, Kevin worked in the advertising industry as an account lead. For the last 4 years, Kevin has been the lead virtual art department supervisor at SMASH Virtual, becoming one of the top LED stage operators in the world.
